You are not defined by your worrisome thoughts, troubling experiences or current situation.
There is a natural drive for wellbeing in all of us, working all the time to try to find balance. Sometimes this causes us to make choices or behave in ways that turn out to be unhelpful.
Still, everything we do is all a brave effort to meet our needs, find relief and make sense of the world.
My intention is to create a safe, compassionate, nonjudgmental environment to explore what is happening, to work together to understand your efforts and to find ways to help you move through the world with more ease, confidence and clarity.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with a background in marriage and family therapy, art therapy and fine art. I take a holistic, collaborative approach and value every client’s individual, unique needs.
Please contact me directly about becoming a new client. I prefer to have a conversation directly with new clients prior to scheduling your first appointment. If for some reason we are not a good fit, I will be happy to recommend another provider.
Here you will find valuable resources for local and national organizations that may be helpful as well as information regarding art therapy, meditation instruction and recommended reading.
